Firstsales 2.0 has improved UX design. It is almost intuitive. It also provides AI suggestions which is very helpful. I have run a test campaign and though there was no sales, the emails were seen and opened. It also allows to use multiple emails, and helps to segment. A B testing is very easy with it. Not exactly dislike, but I think if it could suggest follow up emails, my work would have been much easier. Second, I think it can be helpful if it could be connected with WhatsApp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
