"Night-and-Day Lead Quality with Firmbase’s Clean, Intuitive UI"

What do you like best about Firmbase AI?

The lead quality is on another level. I’ve used Apollo and purchased various lead lists before, and the difference here is truly night and day. Firmbase consistently surfaced companies that were genuinely relevant to what I was targeting, rather than results that only loosely matched a keyword filter.

The UI is clean and intuitive, too. I spent maybe three minutes chatting with their chatbot and, right away, had a dozen companies in front of me that were exactly what I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmbase AI?

The only thing that’s missing for me at the moment is a Salesforce integration. For now, I have to rely on the CSV export and then import it into my CRM manually. That said, I know the team behind Firmbase is really amazing, and they have an exciting roadmap planned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Firmbase AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me Firmbase solved the problem of finding good leads. They have a database of all UK companies, which is exactly where I’m selling. I can invest about an hour and come away with enough leads to reach out to for at least a month. They also score the leads really accurately, which means I don't need to go through a hundred leads to find 5 companies I am actually interested in. I also don’t have to worry about missing important companies, because their coverage is basically complete across the UK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
