What do you like best about Firework?

I use Firework for live selling, where I can show a live demo of my products directly to customers who can see the live demo on my website. I really like that customers can do live shopping while watching the live video of my product. It’s awesome that customers don't need to move away from the live video to purchase a product; they can simply see the video on one side and do the shopping on the other side. This makes checking out the product easy and is more effective than a conventional checkout. Also, the initial setup of Firework is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firework?

It should have an integration with the social media channels, Slack, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok especially, so that whenever I go live on the Firework platform, I should go live on all the social media channels simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Firework solving and how is that benefiting you?
