What do you like best about FirePencil.AI?

What I like best about FirePencil.AI is that it gives us a clearer idea of how AI platforms are mentioning and representing our brand. The platform makes it easy to track AI-generated responses across different models, spot trends, and understand where our content is showing up.

The dashboards are intuitive and save us quite a bit of time compared to manually checking different AI tools. I particularly like the visibility and citation features because they help us find opportunities to improve our content and see how our optimization efforts are performing.

One thing we didn't really expect was finding gaps in how AI systems understand our products and messaging. Those insights have helped us adjust our content strategy and keep our messaging more consistent across different channels. It's become a useful part of our workflow. What do you dislike about FirePencil.AI?

One area where FirePencil.AI could improve is the level of customization available in some reports and dashboards. The platform gives you useful information out of the box, but there are times when I'd like a little more flexibility in how the data can be organized and presented for different teams.

That said, these are fairly minor issues, and the platform still provides a lot of value when it comes to understanding and improving our brand visibility across AI search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FirePencil.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a hard time understanding how AI search platforms were interpreting and recommending our brand. Traditional SEO tools gave us a good idea of our search rankings, but they didn't really show us what was happening with AI-generated answers.

FirePencil.AI gives us that visibility by helping us track brand mentions, monitor our AI search performance, and identify areas where we can improve our content. We can see where our brand isn't showing up as much and then take action based on that information.

The biggest benefit for us has been having a clearer, data-driven view of our AI search presence. Instead of relying mainly on manual checks and assumptions, we can measure what's happening, prioritize improvements, and get a better sense of whether our efforts are actually making a difference.
