"heavy lifting for my BD a — and support team has your back"

4/5

What do you like best about Firecrawl?

I run a small executive search firm and use Firecrawl inside an n8n automation for business development research — crawling company sites and pulling structured data at a scale I couldn't do by hand. It took some time to learn, but the system is learnable, and once it's set up, it just runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firecrawl?

You have to watch your credit usage. Early on, an automation loop I built kept re-running and drained my credits before I understood what was happening. Until you learn the system, the cost controls are on you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Firecrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bulk web research for lead generation — turning hundreds of pages into usable, structured data for my BD pipeline. The standout was the support: when my own mistake burned through my credits, the team helped proactively — reset my balance as a one-time exception and walked me through what went wrong instead of pointing me at a help doc. That's rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
