What do you like best about Fireberry?

I work with Fireberry as a consultant and implementer, and what I like most is how easy it is to use. My clients don’t need to be tech experts to run it — even non-technical users can handle it easily. It’s flexible, keeps improving fast, and brings sales, service, and marketing all into one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fireberry?

The system works great, but right now there’s no customer portal. This lets some of my clients down, so I use a third-party product for that. I really hope they’ll launch their own portal soon, with the new product release called Fireberry Service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fireberry solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fireberry helps keep sales, marketing, and support all together in one place. It’s easy to use and doesn’t need a lot of setup. The automation and connections with other tools save time and make work easier for me and my clients. It helps my clients grow without causing extra headaches or big costs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
