What problems is Fintensy solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record Credits distributes consumer and mortgage loans through an independent network of brokers. Three years ago, we set out to modernize and secure our consumer loan journey by enabling digital contract signing directly with the broker. Since our internal systems didn’t yet support this capability, we chose to partner with an external specialist.
We selected Fintensy because they understood our needs from day one and were able to translate them into a robust, user‑friendly solution.
Today, we are continuing this collaboration to reach the next milestone: enabling consumers to identify themselves and sign their loan contracts remotely—from the comfort of their own home—without the broker needing to be physically present.
