What problems is Fingerhut Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've worked with recruiting firms before where it's clear they take a shotgun approach and reach out to anyone who may be remotely qualified for a role — regardless of if they actually qualify or not — which ends up being nothing but spam for candidates and a waste of time for the recruiters themselves. My experience with Vincent at Fingerhut was the exact opposite and a breath of fresh air.
