There has been a major revolution in our operations brought about by Finflux's loan origination and management system, which centers on operational efficiency and customer experience. Our new digital product includes an easy-to-use interface and essential financial products features such as the ability to set up multiple product types, customize LOS workflows among others. This has resulted in 80% of automation for our manual processes with respect to a new digital product. Due to this innovative approach, we can now offer a consistent high quality service all through their journey because it makes our operations more efficient by enabling us manage any problems that may arise from time to time better than ever before. The platform is an all-inclusive one that is made up of many features we require, though it had certain shortcomings at first in terms of roles & permissions and workflow management. However, the team customized it very well so as to fit our particular needs and accorded us with necessary help and advice to make sure that our customizations could expand within the system. With a platform that oversees all split payment applications and transactions, Finflux has revolutionized our lending operations, which may expand to include loan products in the coming years. Significantly boosting overall efficiency, this platform has allowed us to introduce a split payment option that was not there before. Thanks to its high scalability, now our team can think what else to ship next and optimize customer experience, instead of worrying about the core system or tech stack.
