What do you like best about Findbar?

Findbar has significantly improved product discovery on our e-commerce store. We have a large and diverse catalog, so customers don't always know the exact product name or category they should search for. Findbar makes the search process faster and more intuitive and helps visitors reach relevant products with less effort. What do you dislike about Findbar?

There is nothing major that I dislike so far. If I had to mention one thing, I would appreciate even more flexibility in customization and more advanced reporting and analytics. For an e-commerce business, having deeper insights into what customers search for, what they don't find, and how search behavior affects conversions would be very valuable. What problems is Findbar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Findbar solves one of the biggest challenges in e-commerce: helping customers discover the right product when they don't know exactly what to search for. Beyond traditional text search, customers can search by voice or even by image, which is especially useful in home décor and furniture, where people often know what they like visually but don't know how to describe it. The similar-products feature also helps customers discover alternatives they might otherwise miss.
