What do you like best about FinCore?

I like the shortcuts to perform certain functions within the platform, which saves us a lot of time, especially during busy shifts. It is a very reliable and safe tool for banking systems. For security reasons and to prevent possible hacks and breaches, we use two-factor authentication to safeguard us. I enjoy using Fincore because on the dashboard I can access all necessary tabs and features I use daily for my work. I believe it is a well-thought-out product for the banking industry as a whole. What do you dislike about FinCore?

The major problem I have with Fincore is its loading speed, it seems to be slower than the other solutions we implement in my organization. There is a lagging period, especially when it has been operational for a long time. The timeout is too quick and makes us have to log in too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FinCore:

I recommend Fincore as an account monitoring and client data management system for most banks because it seems to have the necessary tools and features that enhance the security and protection of the clients. It is an efficient package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FinCore solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Fincore to place a hold or freeze accounts suspected of being hacked. Fincore helps us monitor account transactions and correct wrong funding issues. Block cheque books either the entire booklet or a single page until we verify its authenticity.
