Dependable software that allows the ability to refresh financial information in excel following changes made in QBO. The ability to customize reports for what is needed by the client. The dashboard templates that give the client a full preview of the financial information in graphs. It has saved me hours not having to pull new reports from QBO as the data changes. The downside of fanatical flash reports is it will not update an existing flash template on its own if new accounts have been added. However I have shared with Chris a workaround which solves this problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
