What do you like best about FINAO?

The team at FINAO is fantastic. Even when we need something turned around on what feels like an impossible timeline, they still find a way to make it happen. Everyone — from the product managers to the designers themselves — is helpful, kind, and efficient throughout the process. They’re easily the best design agency I’ve worked with. What do you dislike about FINAO?

I don’t dislike anything about FINAO. The only thing worth noting is that they’re a small shop, which works really well for us. That said, if you’re looking for a more full-service agency that can also support advertising or other specialized creative mediums, they may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for marketing design support and don’t want to deal with the overhead or lack of speed that can come with a large design or marketing agency, FINAO is the way to go. FINAO supports our design needs across a wide range of channels and formats, producing both static and motion assets. They helped drive our visual direction through a rebrand, the design and launch of a new website, and countless go-to-market launches.
