What do you like best about FinaMetrica?

What I appreciate most about FinaMetrica is the convenience of use- We can email a survey link to our clients, and once completed, we receive notification of its completion. Upon logging in, we have the results immediately. Nothing more for us to do than review the results with the client, and send them a copy. I also appreciate that the algorithms used are a bit more sophisticated than other services we've reviewed, and provide a more accurate result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FinaMetrica?

The only complaint I have really comes from our clients...some feel the questions are a bit difficult to understand. However, I have personally completed a questionnaire and felt all of the questions were fine. One thing that I have noticed that could use an update is the email for each client. When up for a review, it takes some digging to discover the email address used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FinaMetrica:

This software provides accurate results in an easy manner. The reports are easy to read and can be accessed remotely. If you are an advisor that is on the go, this software gives you accessibility at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FinaMetrica solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using FinaMetrica for a while now. We started with the paper version, where we had the client complete the questionnaire, and a staff member would have to log in to enter the data. Later we were provided a client portal, which eased our workload a bit. I appreciate the ability to access the current results for each client when logging into the system. I also like how it keeps track of those "ready for review". While we have yet to attempt a bulk import/export of accounts, we found the process to complete a bulk batch a bit wonky- Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
