"An easy, All-in-One Film Scheduling app that keeps the whole crew in sync."

What do you like best about Film Logic?

It’s an end-to-end film production management and scheduling software. It’s very easy to use and works seamlessly across both desktop and mobile.

Creating call sheets is straightforward: it connects with Google and auto-fills details like addresses, hospitals, and weather, and it also tracks when call sheets are sent to the crew. There’s a smart scheduling assistant that can read key parameters like locations, actor availability, and crew availability and provide a strong starting point for the AD to build the schedule.

A standout feature for me is how it brings the whole crew together on set during critical moments, when things can go wrong. Every crew member can access important information from the AD dashboard, including what scene is shooting, the sides, props, costumes, and makeup looks, so nothing gets missed. Even if the AD changes the schedule on the fly, the entire crew knows within seconds. I also liked that it displays whether the camera is rolling or cut, which helps prevent accidental walk-ins on set. These are the kinds of features that can really save a production when speed, reliability, and efficiency matter.

All of this comes at $20 all-inclusive, with no per-feature pricing and no per-seat pricing, so I can have my director, writer, AD, and HoDs all on the site.

The founder offers a 1:1 onboarding call, and support has been very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
