"FileWave is a great system for managing computer and devices."

4.5/5

What do you like best about filewave?

One of the best features of FileWave is that FileWave has the ability to work on file level, so if you need to swap one file, or just make changes in a file there is no need to repackage and send out the whole package again. This also makes it pretty easy to make customizations in installations to meet your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about filewave?

There is no web app with full functionality today but soon there is. For Europe there is no cloud solution right now what I am aware of, hope there will be one soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering filewave:

Compare all products you can find out there. And remember, just because some spend a lot on PR it isn't sure that is the best product for your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is filewave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Have inventory for all machines and devices in the same place. One system to manage all in a similar way is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful review! We’re glad FileWave’s file-level management makes it easier to update individual files and customize installations, and that having inventory and management in one place benefits your team.

We appreciate your feedback about full web functionality and cloud availability in Europe. Since your review we now have cloud for Europe and the Web Admin (FileWave Anywhere) has more functionality. I would say it still could benefit from more enhancements but it should be in a pretty good place now.
