I really appreciate FilesAnywhere's granular permission controls for external stakeholder access because they let us lock down folder-level rights without unnecessary backend complexity. During our projects, it's been incredibly helpful to give vendors read-only access to design documents without compromising sensitive data security. This setup allowed our overloaded engineering team to focus on core tasks critical for client deployments, reducing security risks and extra work. Also, the built-in audit logs have been a lifesaver for compliance checks, particularly in meeting regulatory requirements on hefty projects, easing pressure on our already stretched resources. FilesAnywhere’s native reporting dashboard feels limited for our compliance-heavy client engagements. It cannot easily export formatted access-audit logs for healthcare customers, which means we often have to manually compile raw log data. This adds extra overhead for our already overburdened engineering team, especially when we're up against tight client deliverable deadlines. Additionally, there's a lack of deep native sync with our identity-access platform and project management software. We end up having to manually cross-reference user permissions between systems, which creates extra work for our swamped engineering group just to keep client deliverables on track.
