Collaboration is key in modern software developer teams, the easier communication can be managed and follow is king. Figma allows you to collab with design peers, stakeholders, and even developers in real-time. You are allowed to make changes on documents, and the same screens along with your teammates doing the same exercise, those tools bring collaboration to a whole new level. Figma is not a tool for beginners, to get the most out of it, you need to learn and build design systems and reusable symbol, this means Figma might be difficult for developers at some points trying to get minor changes to export assets to their dev features. Figma is solving a big problem I had, Prototyping tool, several licenses to get access to design, and collaboration. Figma allows the sharing of design assets with no friction, you can get a public shared link you can share with clients and they can comment on it directly on Figma, this removes entirely any other prototyping tool you might be using, and also, you could potentially use the same links with developers.
