**Reviewed by:** Naufil S. | Product Designer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2024

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Complex projects can slow it down, and true offline work remains limited. The free plan restricts features, while paid plans can be costly for smaller teams. Finally, the extensive plugin library, while powerful, can be overwhelming to navigate and manage.

Figma streamlines design with real-time collaboration, eliminating email ping-pong. Built-in prototyping lets me iterate on user flows quickly. ### 16. Figma Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aldo Felipe d. | Coordenador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

One of the best features of Figma is the ability to collaborate with other professionals on the same frame. Additionally, it is very easy to get familiar with the tools, as it is very similar to other software that I am used to using frequently. After a few years of using Figma daily, I have practically migrated from Photoshop almost 100% to Figma.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

The price could be more affordable, or have localized pricing options. In my region, the dollar is very high, making the tool very expensive.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using Figma as a tool to create advertising banners, and after a while, I became interested in UI/UX and started studying the subject. Today, I am participating in UI projects, and Figma has been essential in the development of elements and design systems.

 ### 17. Revolutionizing Design Collaboration with Real-time Editing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme O. | Android Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

I particularly appreciate Figma's real-time collaboration and cross-platform compatibility features. Real-time collaboration streamlines teamwork, allowing us to work together seamlessly without worrying about version control. Additionally, its cross-platform compatibility ensures that I can access and edit designs from any device, providing flexibility and convenience.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

While Figma excels in many areas, enhancing its offline capabilities could further improve its usability. Despite being primarily cloud-based, providing robust offline access would ensure uninterrupted productivity, especially in environments with limited or unreliable internet connectivity.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Figma to design all the screens of the app. It simplifies collaboration between developers and UI/UX professionals with its intuitive interface and powerful design capabilities. It's a breeze to build app screens, benefiting both teams with its ease of use.

 ### 18. The best design tool for your product development team

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Vector manipulation is rudimentary compared to adobe

Seemless collaboration across product teams. Enhanced collaboration within my own design team when working on a file together. Seemless when working remote.

 ### 19. The best design tool that has ever existed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela S. | UX Design Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma has quickly become the best design tool that has ever existed, and I’m not just talking about interface design and prototyping, but in general. Figma offers excellent options for web design, graphic design, and branding. For me, it is the best software on the market and with good reason.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

There are features in Figma that are constantly improving. What could help me a lot, in my opinion, is the existence of typographic variables.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of automated design and real-time collaboration.

 ### 20. Must have tool for designer!

- Community
- Continuous renewal

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

 ### 21. The Ultimate Design Studio for UI/UX Designers and Animators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavik M. | Freelance Android App Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

The "Drag & Drop" approach for building the application's prototype is an excellent feature of Figma. super easy to use and it has built-in animation templates so you can animate anything and build a real-time prototype that just looks like an app. It also provides a section to find the code for Android and iOS for the easy to adopt UI including colors, fonts etc which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Did not find anything specific to dislike about figma till now

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Figma when a client just has an idea and wants to build an App from it but he does not have any design or mockup ready. I create a design using Figma and get the client's approval and then collaborate with iOS and Android devs to replicate the same, so the design remains identical on each platform

 ### 22. Great tool for UX/UI design of web and mobile applications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romina L. | MBA Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

We use Figma on a daily basis to mock up the applications and websites we develop, high fidelity prototypes, customer journey mapping and manage our design components.
We also use it for brochures and general branding for marketing. We store all the images of the applications and the institutional website there.
The customer service was good only one time we needed to solve a problem, the truth is that the application is very intuitive

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Sometimes it is not easy to manage user accounts and in some models we do not manage to have the comments received by mail by the user.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma saves us time by being able to do all our design and content centralized in one place. It has great features and is easy for developers to copy and use as an image repository, transporting data across screens and having actual text inputs for prototyping will save us even more by reducing dependency on other applications.
It can be easily logged in and used anywhere. It has very good component management.
I emphasize the ease of use for designers who are starting out

 ### 23. Effective to design the app screens and flow

Converting photoshop files into sigma will ease your work of creating everything in figma

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Flows can be improved as if you take multiple logics it will go as multiple flows

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prototyping of a new mobile app with simple drag and drop options and also multiple screen resolutions

 ### 24. It's been a smooth journey so far using Figma

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teedrops O. | IT Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma has been a great designing tool for me, it works seamlessly for my design projects, and the ability to collaborate with other designers on a project makes it wonderful and easy to use also.

Since the implementation of the use of Variables in Figma, creating loads of frames has reduced drastically...love it!

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Well, i wish we could have some more advantages for those who can't fully subscribe to the paid version.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma has helped many businesses scale up by providing great design and prototyping services. For me, it has been instrumental in building my dream career and enhancing my skills to make me more valuable.

 ### 25. Fast prototyping for validation research

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zina A. | UX Researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma is a game-changer for collaborative design and prototyping. As a UX/UI designer, I've found Figma to be an indispensable tool in my workflow. One of its standout features is its real-time collaboration, allowing multiple team members to work on the same project simultaneously, which significantly boosts productivity and teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

One aspect where Figma can improve is by enhancing its offline capabilities. While Figma's cloud-based approach is excellent for collaboration and accessibility, having robust offline functionality would benefit users who may encounter intermittent internet connectivity or prefer to work without an internet connection.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily create interactive prototypes with transitions and animations, which helps me communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and developers.

 ### 26. Figma use to put an ease at Collaboration & Design Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dev T. | Junior Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Figma?**

We can test and learn from many designs and prototypes thanks to Figma. I wouldn't be able to show prototypes to clients and get their comments without it. We exchange files all team members for ideas gathering and project updates, apply it for team discussion, and use it for supporting visuals during meetings.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Figma is tackling issues with its offline capabilities in order to address the fundamental causes of the problems rather than just dealing with the symptoms. Being unable to record and replay conversations in FigJam's audio chat makes it difficult to analyze and reflect on discussions.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Figma user for a year, I'm hooked! It solves so many design problems: real-time collaboration keeps my team in sync, prototyping lets me test ideas quickly, and the cloud-based platform makes access effortless. Now, I can design faster and more efficiently than ever before! Figma is essential to our company's UX design process as it helps us create the first frontend screens from scratch for our projects all the way up to the Minimum Viable Product.

 ### 27. Figma is simple and effective

It's straightforwardness and social features.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

That not many people are using it as they should!

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to create simple software screens, flows and dashboards; also easy to Localized with API for tools like CrowdIn and multilingual dashboards.

 ### 28. Figma Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krutik R. | Incubation Associate [ Entrepreneurship Development Centre ], Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Web Based Software so there is no need to download any software you need to have a browser and an internet connection.
Auto saves feature which helps a lot and the real-time collaboration feature is the best to work with a team on a single project.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating high-quality UI/UX Designs.
Sharing preview files with clients and the comment section helps clients note changes.
Collaborating with team and work on the same project in Real-time.

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma is fantastic, so easy and simple to use and learn new features

It's a love and hate which is auto layout, it's so useful and is great but can be pain when you don't want to use it

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To help design layouts and show stakeholders a wireframe

 ### 30. the go-to tool for product designers today in the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

it enables everything you need as a designer, from creating lo-fi wireframes, building design systems, and delivering interactive mocks to devs. easy to use and enable new users to jump right in and start working. customer support is good (we didn't have any issues during the integration)

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

nothing specific related to the core product. it would be nice to have better management and analysis console and although they made a great effort to reduce the friction while delivering mocks to development, IMO it still problematic

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows me and the team to work whenever on designing mocks for and review them online/offline. also its allow us to share and get feedback from additional stakeholders and customers with great flexibility

 ### 31. One stop tool for all type of UX UI work

The real-time collaboration feature is the best part of Figma. They recently launched DEV Mode is also very useful ad-on for UX and UI developers

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Sometimes it gets difficult to find files in the enterprise subscription where multiple users are using the file. Design System integration and component updates could do better.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time collaboration with teams in a Remote working environment. Figjam is also a very interesting part of Figma Ecosystem which gives the flexibility to do UX research and gather artifacts in a single pane of glass.

 ### 32. Figma - Best web design application

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahita sri D. | UI/UX designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Figma?**

The flexibility to create everything. All the cool features that are offered - we can easily add videos and gifs into the design, animation in the prototype, create wireframes in instant, community for all the help, plugins to help you with icons, components to create to resuse them and AUTO LAYOUT. My most favourite feature that I use alot in my work is auto layout

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Although we can add and show gifs and videos, We cannot download as gifs, which is bit frustrating when provided assests to developers.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma is a place where I can easily bring my ideas to life. I have been using figma for 3 years and its my comfort application. Even to create SVG's I would use Figma. Nevertheless, I use Figma to deisgn websites, wireframes and mobile screens for all my client companies, it makes it easy to prototype with animation and share the link

 ### 33. Great for beginenrs and experts alike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

It's been really easy for me to pick up and make some minor changes to our designers work, and to get started on simple designs concepts for our UX designer to build upon.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

navigation and page management can be a bit tricky, but I expect that is more down to myself as a user.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma provides a great platform to accurately design interfaces for our product.

 ### 34. Great tool for teams when working on design prototypes and whiteboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish K. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Collaboration. The number one feature that is so well built and maintained. I don't think there's any competitor out there that does any of what Figma does. It's a solution to a problem we all had but never thought that it needs a solution. And man, now the solution is our daily bread and butter (at least when it comes to storyboarding and product feature design discussions etc).

Intuitiveness - it's easy to get up and get going with it. Some other tools we had tried didn't have the ease of use which Figma offers.

Visualization - It's super comfortable and easy to get your ideas out there with it. I don't think I've ever thought of something I required but it was missing here. It has everything I think except for tree branching thought mapping.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Slight learning curve when it comes to making feature flows. But not a huge con for me as I'm an engineer and I'm usually a consumer of these things.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapping out product feature design prototypes, architecture flowcharts and diagrams and rough engineering storymappings and thought trees and algorithm flow charts, etc.
Mainly though for feature design prototypes by our designers.

 ### 35. Great software for creating UIs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manan S. | Ground Station Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma is a very easy to use, features loaded UI designing software. It's very easy to implement features like creating multiple pages, adding collaborators. Even beside UI design, we can add all sorts of charts, graphs and images related to our project. I used figma atleast once a week while working on my previous project.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

One thing i noticed was to add a table I have to add plugin for that. If there was'nt a need for plugins to use such features It would be better. Otherwise it's an excellent software

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma allowed me to collaborate with my teammates in real time to design and update changes in my last project's UI. Good to use in tteam!

 ### 36. Professional Prototypes

**Reviewed by:** Jeferson M. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Excelent way to show what will be developed

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Navigation bar, that sometimes is really hard to work with

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead using developers time, we can easily add our web prototype pages and do the links to navigate trought the pages

 ### 37. Most Convenient Design Tool Ever Made!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akarshkumar . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Figma?**

I started using Figma in 2020 and there's no looking back. The most simplest tool ever built for designers. The best thing I like about Figma is how it focuses on the minutest problems of deisgners and provide a solution. Be it wireframing, collaborative brainstorming, hi-fidelity product design, prototype animation or developer hand-off, this tool truely stands out in the design toolbox. Figma is a revolution I must say. My day starts & ends with Figma and I use it every single day.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

While i highly recommend Figma to any product designer out there, the only issue I face is - when dealing with files containing numerous artboards, the tool tends to become a bit choppy & laggy.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma has been solving even the tiniest problems of designers. But most importantly I would like to mention about figma excelling in collaboration and community features. Helps me collaborate with my design team easily. The community is flooded with millions of helpful design resources.

 ### 39. Figma is the best online designing apps hands down.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajitesh C. | Social Media Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma allows me to design faster and get things rolling where my work is going. With tons of plugins available at your disposal it reduces the friction of moving between different apps which is really user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

The only thing I dislike about Figma is its limitation for free users.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma is making designing easier and more accessible by providing its platform for free with enough features to execute full design projects with tons of plugins. This makes Figma unique. Plus you can use this on a browser without any lag (which in fact is a big struggle with all heavy designing apps) is very user friendly.

 ### 40. Things you need to know about figma

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj k. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Personally i think figma is the best software for UI/UX Designer point of view as it help the user to create ui design easily . In figma u can design any application, website, dashboard and portfolio. You can also collaborate with your team to create design as per the guidelines.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

I would say when i add some video or any gif in file it lags alot and also when you export some svg illustration from outside platform of figma and when you present the video in prototype view it take a lot of time to start

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma is solving problem for developer also as it introduces it's feature of Dev mode whih helps the user to develop the design and also the animation part that you can do that with some micro interactions

 ### 41. New pricing politics make figma useless

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Simple collaboration and easy sharing (gone in current wesion)

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Free version block inspector mode, now renamed to dev node
Paid pro version alows only use inspector mode in your own desgns
Collaboration wasted
Just unuseable now

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team comunication (mostly designer and frontend). After last update frontend tools simple unusable and no way to fix em even in pro plan

 ### 42. Loving Figma for Team Design Work!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Orly B. | Product Designer & UX PM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Figma?**

What I really love about Figma is how it nails collaboration. It’s amazing for team projects - you can jump in, edit, and comment in real-time. It's like Google Docs but for design. Plus, the interface is super user-friendly, which makes the design process smooth and enjoyable. The vector tools are a big win too – they’re flexible and powerful, perfect for getting creative with designs.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

My main gripe with Figma is its account-linked project setup. It can get a bit complex, especially when managing multiple projects across different accounts. Also, while it's generally reliable, there are these occasional annoying bugs that seem to get overlooked. They're not deal-breakers, but they can interrupt the workflow now and then.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma's really smoothed out our design teamwork. We can all work on the same thing at the same time – no more sending files around! It’s sped up our projects big time and made everything way less confusing. Total time-saver!

 ### 43. Great software for UI/UX Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

Figma is good software to design as it's user interface is easily accessible and navigable for their users, it helps you to design what you actually visualize. Through this software you can easily create any application, website, dashboard or your own portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

It is not helpful for user to create any illustrations in figma, it is difficult to create to low fidelity wireframes without the help of plugins and figma lags alot when we add a illustrations in svg format and when we add gif or video it takes a lot of time to present in prototype view

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma is trying to helping the developers also through their Dev mode feature and figma introduce the new feature of multi edit which helps the user to change things without wasting their time

 ### 44. Awesome Web Design Tool

Now days i have more plugins that makes ours work more easily. Plug-in aee easy to implement with just one click.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

The only thing that can be improved is when we start designing large project it start lagging . They should have released a robust pc software that can easily handle large projects.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Best part it is we can collaborate with other team mates and work and share file easily. Easy to create teams and add team member. No need to buy subscription separately it team packege is most cost effective solution.

 ### 46. My expereince Figma for UI and UX design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prateek P. | Design Specialist & Marketing, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Figma?**

One of the best design tools for an UIUX designer. Figma helps to quickly create design prototypes, wireframes and mockup designs to show the product work flow. Its simple to learn and easy to use.
Best is best used to create information architecture, app wireframes, website layout design and app prototypes.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Well there is nothing to dislike about figma. Its one of the best tools we use for designing. Its an improved version of Sketch. Initially they were not accepting Indian credit cards which seems to be solved now.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using figma to create App Prototypes, WireFrames, Workflows, Information Architecture, Website Layout, Logos and Diagrams. Using figma we design the app layouts before its been sent to a developer to design.
Figma provides Material 3 Design kit module as well which gives the rules and format on how every and every element in the app frame work needs to be. It gives us the guidelines which needs to be followed for a good interactive app prototype.

It helps me to build an organized designs.

 ### 48. Game-changing power of Figma

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel D. | Software Design Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Figma?**

I like how I could apply my passion in designing to Figma. It lets me do certain designs that I want very easily. Creation of pages are fun. Personally, I used Figma even before it gets even more features. Before, the dark mode is not yet existing, but now it provides this feature for better care of eyes of users. I like how easy to nagivate through frames and even play them in slides. Implementing technical processes such as transitions from a click of a button to another frame is easy as well. I also like how it can be integrated with VS Code now, my favorite code editor, which is a large clincher. Since I learned how powerful it can be, I've used it for many of my academic projects before and got also some awards and compliments for doing a good work. I have used it for almost daily, especially when I was doing my capstone project in college. For me, a good tool can bring out the talent and passion of a user, and, certainly, Figma is one of them.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

The only downside of Figma that I saw is that it can be a little hard to understand and learn at first, but of course, just like other tools, if you are willing to learn it, you will.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easiness in designing, prototyping, and building wireframe. It was such a powerful tool that I can use it to do almost every one of my projects concerning designing and software. Plus, it can provide codes, too, and I happen to be a programmer so it really helps me in that manner.

It allows me and my team to have a birds eye view of multiple projects.

 ### 50. Prototyping and Animation With Figma

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suryansh R. | UI Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma really has a user-friendly interface.
For me figma is much better because in figma creating responsive designs is easier because of its resizing elements. And I love doing animation in figma.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Figma disappoints me because it has limited customization options & cannot work offline. And it needs restart.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating smaller animation for designs like GIF its saves a lot of time and makes it easier. Designing is much easier in figma because all sections like tools, preview, elements placed well and did not create confusion while designing for finding something.
