What do you like best about FigJam?

I started using FigJam because it made the planning stage much easier before creating the final designs in Figma. I usually use it to organize ideas, map simple user flows, and collect feedback during discussions. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so I can focus on the ideas instead of learning the tool. What I find most useful is how naturally it fits into the Figma workflow. Once the planning is complete, it's much easier to continue working on the actual design without switching between different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FigJam?

FigJam is great for brainstorming and early planning, but larger boards can become harder to organize over time. Finding older content or managing many sections requires extra effort. I would also appreciate more advanced organization features and better navigation for complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FigJam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using FigJam, ideas and feedback were often spread across chat messages and documents, making discussions harder to follow. Now I use it to keep workflows, notes, and early concepts in one place before moving everything into Figma for detailed design. This has made design discussions more structured, reduced unnecessary revisions, and helped everyone understand the project direction before the actual design work begins.
