When we were evaluating FSM platforms, one of my main priorities was visibility across the business unit. FieldEx gave us that visibility.

It has made our daily operational reporting much more structured. Approved daily operation entries are easier to retrieve, and our Operation Managers can review and approve the entries before they are consolidated for reporting.

This has made it much easier to produce collated reports and has significantly reduced the manual effort involved in compiling our monthly operational reports.

The report produced can be used in Power BI, was another important factor for us. FieldEx data can feed into the dashboards our leadership already uses, allowing operational information to become part of our existing management reporting rather than sitting in a separate reporting silo.
