I use Field Aware daily for my day-to-day operations at Cummins. It’s an excellent tool for scheduling my tech on work orders, and I also rely on it as an at-a-glance snapshot to track their workload and progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In a future update, I’d like to see the ability to mark jobs with an indicator for job priority, as well as an option to lock a work order so it can’t be moved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
