What do you like best about Fidelity?

What do you dislike about Fidelity?

It doesn’t allow to save the stock/mutual fund history beyond the time I opened an account with fidelity even if i were to transfer the stock from previous company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fidelity?

The general offering was fine - our employees were happy with the contribution set up. The app was a nice feature - better than the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidelity?

It was incredibly manual - we had to do the contributions every pay cycle and it was not easy to upload so there were often mistakes. Also the implementation was really clunky. It was also really hard to ever get in touch with a customer agent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of the companies I've worked at have had fidelity 401k, so its easy to roll each into the other, which is always nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fidelity?

We are a Registered Investment Advisory firm and have a dedicated Fidelity service team. When we call, we usually will speak to a team member who knows us, and knows are firm. If we have an issue, it can most time be resolved very quickly. If the rep cannot help us, they reach out to the team that can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidelity?

I have not had any negative issues with Fidelity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fidelity:

Fidelity is very diligent in protecting clients accounts. For example, we received an email from a client that his bank account was hacked. At almost the same moment, Fidelity called me saying someone tried to access the client's account, so they locked all of his accounts. Fidelity then opened new accounts, tranferred all funds from the old account to the new account, and put restrictions on the new account. Fidelity dedicated service team is second to none. They are just a phone call or email away, and are very responsive. I always say that our team rocks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fidelity solving and how is that benefiting you?
