"Great inventory management features"

What do you like best about Fiddle?

I can't imagine still trying to track all this stuff in a spreadsheet. We was struggling to keep track of wholesale orders and all the inventory needs associated with those orders. This was complicated because we also had our ecommerce orders coming in the whole time. The problem before Fiddle was we never new what to tell our wholesale customers about the inventory we had in stock. We would guess and then apologize later. It made us look really bad. Fiddle makes it so we can confidently know where we stand and if we'll be able to fulfill an order. If we are short, when we do our POs we know exactly what we need to order. It's fantastic. What do you dislike about Fiddle?

I wish they had more videos and documentation. But I've been impressed that whenever I reach out to them they are very responsive and have been really good about answering all my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fiddle solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Fiddle on a daily basis to manage orders, inventory, and purchase orders. One of the biggest things I like are the email notifications I receive to know when I'm short and need to order more product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
