What do you like best about FICO Debt Management Solutions?

We can link multiple loan accounts of a single customer as well as we can maintain multiple accounts that belong to the same address (linked customers) to know multiple loans that are from the same household. We can also set business rules with Blaze to automate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FICO Debt Management Solutions?

Too many complications to setup and cumbersome to set up rules in Blaze rules engine. The way the tabs are setup on the top for setup, work management, financial admin, etc. are weird and not in a proper order which is confusing, so the UI should be much better. What problems is FICO Debt Management Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

FICO is creating effective solutions to manage debt accounts so that the debt accounts can be contacted in a timely manner for follow-ups and no customer is missed for collection and sent to recovery if needed, otherwise the fear is of losing the money from such accounts.
