What do you like best about FetchDesk AI Agents?

The best thing about FetchDesk is that it integrates directly into our software so it can actually convert calls into customers and book, change or cancel appointments. The first two AI receptionist companies we tried had a sync so it could see information about customers, but ended up creating a long list of todo's for our staff after their shift ended. What do you dislike about FetchDesk AI Agents?

FetchDesk took longer than all other AI receptionist companies to build our personalized AI. Where some other companies we evaluated had our AI built in a few hours, it took FetchDesk two weeks to build our AI and connect it to our software platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FetchDesk AI Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were missing a ton of calls every single week and it made it so that all 5 of our mobile grooming vans were a little inconsistent. After launching FetchDesk to answer calls 24/7 we are adding almost 20 new clients every single month and our groomers are more efficient because it is optimizing customer appointments based upon service area and appointments already on the schedule.

We have also noticed that with a more consistent scripting that is offering paw balm, blueberry facials and other add-ons is increasing our average ticket price by 15%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
