I use it daily, and it’s become an essential part of how I manage and optimize feeds. The platform offers a wide range of features that make exporting and managing data simple, and we recently added more integrations/exports to improve our PIM system. The transition from our PIM integration to FDX was completed quickly and efficiently, which had a noticeable impact on speed and performance. Most of all, their 24/7 customer support team is outstanding—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to walk through issues until they’re resolved. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** I don’t really have a dislike, but I do see an opportunity for improvement around ticket management. Since I rely on the platform daily, it would be helpful if ticket statuses provided more detailed visibility—for example, showing if the assigned specialist is actively working on it or currently outside their working hours. Because my schedule doesn’t always overlap with theirs, I sometimes have to wait until the next day for updates. Having that level of insight would make an already excellent support process and integration experience even stronger. **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Feedonomics helps us streamline and standardize our product data across multiple channels, which used to be time-consuming and prone to errors. By centralizing feeds, we can quickly implement changes, reduce manual work, and ensure consistency across all exports. Recently, we transitioned our PIM integration into Feedonomics (FDX), and the process was fast, smooth, and noticeably improved the speed of our PIM system. Having all of this in one place, with the support team available 24/7, gives me confidence that any issues will be resolved quickly so I can focus on higher-value tasks. Overall, it saves me time, improves accuracy, and keeps our operations running more efficiently. ### 2. I am in this platform almost daily and the process for creating transformers is extremely intuitive and the ability to easily incorporate feed sources from a variety of platforms is A+. Not only are you able to manage your inventory feeds here - I have used this system for a variety of different data aggregation and automated processes in my time, showing how flexible this system is. Whether you are managing your Feeds yourself or are relying on one of their incredibly capable teams to do it, this is the superior platform out there. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** The only issues I have had with Feedonomics has been on the direct customer support side - mainly timeliness of answers. Without fail, they have been willing to get on a call to knock things out but sometimes getting a hold of a rep in a timely fashion can be difficult. **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Feedonomics is our inventory feed management platform that allows us to take our internal inventory feeds and transform them for use across a vareity of ecomm platforms like Google, Meta - etc. The ease of use of this platform has made these processes extremely streamlined and we are able to more reactive to the market as a result, giving us a competitive edge. ### 4. There should be a general "feed support" button rather than being forced to choose one of the other options. **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Feed issues such as disapproved products, image issues.
