I use Feedly is used to monitor, track, and remediate emerging threats. A few of the aspects that I like about Feedly are...<br><br>1. Individual feeds can be tailored to any degree of specificity using a variety of filters combined with AND/OR operatives. Filters can be any mix of lists, keywords, products, pre-made concepts (active exploit, proof of concept), and AI modeled concepts (things learned or lists understood by their backend AI). Feedly even has premade feeds-of-feeds if you want to get up and running quickly, rather than curating which specific sources are used; you can always edit feed sources later.<br><br>2. Interoperability and connections are useful. Feedly is able to connect to our ticketing system and messaging system, allowing us to quickly create tickets that contain customized AI-summarized descriptions and links to the article sources, and post new feed entries in a channel for notification and review.<br><br>3. Performance has never been an issue. I haven't noticed it down and inaccessible, or working slowly.<br><br>4. Feedly offers a technical resource person if you want or need help configuring, maintaining, expanding, or connecting anything in your instance. Need help defining filters, configuring sources, connecting other applications, or brainstorming how to manage something? You can get a conference call with a real live human. We use it often. One drawback can infrequently be the user interface. While top level organization and multiple folders in a feed category are present, most feeds can't be nested or organized in subfolders. Sometimes things are named oddly or use an icon that isn't intuitive. For example, when viewing a Feed and looking to save an article to a Board, the icon is a star. I guess it's supposed to be similar to marking something as a favorite?<br><br>Regarding naming conventions, you will have to familiarize yourself with the difference between Feeds, Boards, Intel Agents, This isn't a drawback so much as a low-effort learning experience to know how to use the product.<br><br>In practice, I don't really have much to complain about with Feedly.
