What do you like best about FeedbackFive?

Feedback Five is extremely easy to setup. You can setup and go live within a few hours. They have in built template designing that helps creating customized messaging to communicate with your customers asking for reviews. The customer service is fantastic. They are always willing to help review your account and make recommendations. Feedback Five also keeps up to date with ever so changing Amazon communication policies so you don't get in trouble with Amazon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FeedbackFive?

There not much to dislike. We are in a Pro plan and yet you are limited to a number of ASINs you can track for reviews. If you have a lof of products and want to track reviews for all of them you may have to pay extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FeedbackFive:

If you have a lot of SKU on Amazon, I would advise using FeedBack Five to fetch reviews and you can focus on bettering your ASIN quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FeedbackFive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to make sure that we send a timely review/feedback request to our customers on Amazon. Feedback Five has an automated system that you can setup one time and it will keep doing it's thing so you can focus on getting more sales. Everytime a customer posted a negative review or feedback we missed it due to lack of notification from Amazon. Feedback Five does a great job here, everytime there is a negative review or feedback we get notified and we can work with the customer to help resolve their problem.
