"Impressive Payment Matching and Helpful Collections Automation"

What do you like best about Fazeshift?

I’ve been especially impressed with the payment matching. Fazeshift has correctly matched payments to invoices in situations where I expected I’d need to step in manually, which has been a pleasant surprise. The collections automation is also helpful for keeping routine follow-up moving without a lot of manual babysitting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fazeshift?

The biggest limitation for us right now is the lack of a direct integration with Rillet, our ERP. Fazeshift does a great job of matching payments and managing the AR workflow, but without that connection there’s still a manual handoff to get that activity reflected in our accounting system. What problems is Fazeshift solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fazeshift is helping us automate a collections process that would otherwise require a lot of manual tracking and follow-up. It keeps customer outreach moving consistently, gives us better visibility into outstanding AR, and reduces the amount of time we spend figuring out which invoices need attention. The payment matching is also a meaningful time-saver, where it’s been able to identify and apply payments with surprisingly little manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
