What do you like best about Fazeshift?

Fazeshift has helped us automate many of our AR processes that were previously manual. The cash application functionality saves our team a significant amount of time, and the collections tools provide excellent visibility into customer balances and follow-up activities. What do you dislike about Fazeshift?

The biggest challenge has been working through implementation details and handling exceptions that cannot be fully automated. Some processes require additional setup and fine-tuning to match our business needs, but the support team has been helpful in resolving issues and improving the overall experience. Fazeshift is solving the challenge of manual and time-consuming AR processes. The automation within cash application and collections has improved efficiency, reduced manual work, and provided better visibility into our receivables.
