What do you like best about Fazeshift?

FazeShift's cash application and AR modules leverage AI functionality that increases KPIs and reduces time on task. Our team dramatically cut down on manual cash application instances with their AI OCR readers. FazeShift's seamless integrations with Gmail, Stripe, NetSuite, and our bank create an environment that takes full advantage of AI-driven workflows and automations. Implementation was very fast we were fully live within weeks of the implementation kickoff. It was the best software onboarding experience I've had in my 15+ years in accounting/finance roles. What problems is Fazeshift solving and how is that benefiting you?

FazeShift's AI features around collections helped us improve our DSO by 20 days and cut down significantly on time spent on cash applications. The platform provides a central hub for customer information, enabling quick account reviews and creating the perfect setting for AI-powered workflows, automations, and communications.. The customer portal has increased cash velocity, with more customers able to pay quickly and easily. The reduction in DSO, reduced time applying cash, and self-service portal have been an unlock for the team to focus on more value-added activities. Game changer.
