What do you like best about Fathom?

Fathom has a vast array of reporting tools that you can customise yourself.

This ranges from tables and graphs you can build, Non-financial reporting data in tables or graphs (you can choose), KPI's etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

Since the data synchronises every day - it would be great if I can build a report for month end, but in that same report I could ad the actual Debtors outstanding as at the reporting date. I always need to export this manually from the accounting software and then add it manually into the report. I mean the data synchronises up to that date... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've used a lot of reporting tools, and I always run into one of two problems:

They're either way too complex, which I've found makes building a customer report near impossible. You need to almost be a software developer to be able to use and apply these tools.

Or on the other hand they've attempted to be too used friendly, which means they limit you in what you can ad or view in tables (especially). Usually this means that you can only build non-financial data in a graph but not a table.

Fathom is honestly very user friendly, easy to navigate and understand and allows freedom to build whatever data you think is important for the client to view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
