What do you like best about Fathom?

Fathom has been a huge time-saver for me. The auto-join feature and the transcripts I receive after each call mean I don’t have to worry about remembering everything or taking detailed notes during meetings.

The UI is clean and easy to use, and the overall experience feels smooth and intuitive. The integrations make it easy to fit Fathom into my existing workflow, while the performance has been reliable and consistent.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, the time saved on note-taking and meeting follow-ups makes it well worth it. The AI features are especially useful for capturing key points and making meetings easier to review afterward.

Also the support is pretty quick in resolving issues.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

N/A as of now, it’s a great tool. My only concern is that sometimes I don’t receive the email right after the meeting ends; it ends up arriving in my inbox the next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fathom solves the problem of having to manually take notes and remember everything discussed in meetings. Features like auto-join, transcripts, and AI-generated insights let me stay focused on the conversation instead of worrying about capturing every detail.
