What do you like best about Fathom Analytics?

I love being able to use it in both light and dark modes. The integrations with WordPress and the lightning-fast performance. The pricing is incredibly generous, as is the partner programme. Support and onboarding are amazing. Ash is second to none, and Jack has always been there as well. There's a new AI beta feature coming, which I've been testing, and it's really exciting. What do you dislike about Fathom Analytics?

Honestly, there's nothing that I dislike about it. Even as the software has grown, Jack continues to take it to the next level. Ash, in terms of his customer support and customer relations, is phenomenal, and they don't sit around. They're always looking to improve. If I were forced to choose one thing, it would be to make event tracking a little easier for non-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fathom Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem for analytics that I'm solving for myself right now is accurate tracking data that isn't blocked and data that respects privacy.
