Fathom Analytics is one of the few tools in my tech stack I never have to think about, which is the highest compliment I can give software. It runs seamlessly in the background and respects user privacy. What really sets Fathom apart is their world-class customer support. When I first signed up, their team went completely above and beyond writing custom tracking scripts for my setup across WordPress, Showit, Thrivecart, and Kartra. Later, when a sudden spike in scraper bot traffic inflated my page views, they proactively waived my overage fees before I even had to ask and coached me on blocking the spam. I find Google Analytics, particularly GA4, almost impossible to read and decipher, but Fathom allows me to track where my traffic is coming from and where the people are going on my site with complete ease and a very user-friendly dashboard. The ease of setup is also appreciated, as it was super easy. Fathom helps me make data-based decisions in my business rather than doing things based merely on feelings or vibes.
