What do you like best about FastBots?

The best thing about this platform is how easy it is to create and deploy the AI-level chatbots without any technical expertise. This platform also helps us to train the created AI bots, which is very helpful for automating customer support, like back to back querries. This is very effective in terms of customer handling. What do you dislike about FastBots?

This platform is very good for quicker deployment, although it seems limited in regard to advanced customisation, and also, its integration is limited when compared to their competitive platforms. Fine-tuning complex use cases is a bit challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FastBots solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of automating customer interactions and customers repeating queries, which, by doing so, reduces the manual effort and also improves the response rate.
