"Fast Simon’s Outstanding Support Made Setup and Success Easy"

What do you like best about Fast Simon?

What stands out most to me is the customer support. When I purchased my business and took over the existing Fast Simon account, I had no idea how to use many of the features or manage the platform and i questions wether or not the spend for the app was worthwhile. Their team went above and beyond, scheduling multiple one-on-one calls to walk me through everything step by step. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed—not just getting me up and running. What do you dislike about Fast Simon?

The biggest downside for me is the price. As a small business owner in revenue recovery, every dollar counts, and Fast Simon is the most expensive app in my Shopify store. There's also a learning curve to getting the most out of all the features included in my plan, and I know I'm probably not taking advantage of everything it offers yet. That said, I do see the value in the platform, and the outstanding customer support has made the investment worthwhile for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fast Simon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fast Simon has helped improve how customers discover products on my website. With a large catalog of handcrafted jewelry and many variations, it's important that shoppers can quickly find what they're looking for. The improved search experience and merchandising tools make it easier for customers to browse relevant products, creating a better shopping experience and giving me confidence that visitors are seeing more of what my store has to offer.

One feature I especially appreciate is being able to control the order of products within my collection pages. When I'm promoting a specific piece on social media or through paid ads, I can place that product front and center on the collection page visitors land on. Customers immediately find the piece they clicked for, while also discovering other similar styles in the same collection.
