What do you like best about Fast Growth Advisors?

They start from the business, not from the words. They asked about our clients, our processes and our 30 years in Bagneux before suggesting a single sentence. That is how they spotted differentiating offers we had never put forward. I also liked the speed: one day to find the positioning, two weeks to roll it out. And the measurement. The same audit grid was used before and after, so we could see exactly what moved. The experience convinced me of one thing: if a print company has a message problem, every company does. What do you dislike about Fast Growth Advisors?

Honestly, not much. The workshop day is intense and requires real involvement from management, so block the time and come prepared. And the positioning only pays off if you implement it: Fast Growth Advisors gives you clear recommendations, but your team still has to do the work. My only regret is not starting sooner. Recommendations to others considering Fast Growth Advisors:

Don’t wait until your sales slow down to question your message. Here is a simple check: ask your last three new clients why they picked you. If the answers are “price”, “you were close” or “you answered first”, your message is not doing its job. That was our case. Come to the workshop day with your real numbers, your best clients and your worst objections, because Hervé will use all of it. And don’t assume your sector is too traditional for this kind of work. What problems is Fast Growth Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our message sounded like every other print shop. “New printing technologies at your service” could have been written by any competitor in Île-de-France, so prospects had no real reason to choose us over the cheapest quote. Fast Growth Advisors took the time to understand how our business actually works: who order, what they print, what they worry about. In a single working day they found a positioning we had been sitting on for years without seeing it. Two offers came out of it: Print Compliance for sensitive documents, and Reprographie as a Service for recurring volumes. Within two weeks our message and website were rewritten around them. The benefit is concrete. We now address segments we were not talking to before, and that has already brought in new business. On their 75-point audit grid, our website went from 34 to 52 between June and September 2026, with the biggest jumps on value proposition and readiness for AI search engines.
