Bulk sharing functionality is extremely limited and inefficient for large construction tender packages. When submitting full bid sets or sharing complete project archives, I cannot generate a single secure link for an entire project folder. Instead, I must select each document individually, create separate password-protected share links, and compile all those unique links into an email for recipients. This takes a lot of time, and I often accidentally omit key documents, leading to follow-up messages that slow down negotiations. I also miss having consistent bulk access controls for shared folders, where I could configure all DRM restrictions at once to apply to every file in a folder. Without it, I have to adjust settings separately for each file, which is repetitive and prone to human error.
