I really appreciate the support from the FarmERP team in real time, especially from our relationship manager Vikrant, which is critical for our operations-intensive startup. There's no downtime, which is essential since downtime means a loss of business. The size of storage is good for storing images, and customizations have been precise, allowing us to implement our unique business model. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5.
