What do you like best about FarEye?

Fareye has been one of the most user-friendly platforms we use. The interface feels intuitive, the navigation is straightforward, and most day-to-day operations can be completed with minimal effort. What do you dislike about FarEye?

Fareye is easy to use, but I sometimes run into synchronization issues. In my experience, this seems to be related to the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

FarEye is used by our pickup and delivery executives to update shipment scan events in real time, which gives us better visibility into shipment movement and delivery status. It helps Blue Dart monitor operations more effectively, reduces the need for manual follow-ups, and supports faster issue resolution when something goes off track.
