Speaking from a guest's point of view:

1. Software has an intuitive UI

2. Useful when it comes to Mid or Long term stay. The cost is much lower when compared to a standard hotel booking for a longer duration

3. App provides descriptive options encompassing every detail, pictures, exact location house rules etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Cost for a short-term stay is relatively high

2. The website goes into regular maintenance. Shows Database error when trying to access FantasticStay app (https://app.fantasticstay.com/)
