What do you dislike about Falcon Identity protection?

Initial tuning required significant effort to reduce false positives in our hybrid AD/Entra ID environment. Documentation for advanced policy configurations could be clearer, and reporting customization for executive-level summaries is somewhat limited out of the box. What problems is Falcon Identity protection solving and how is that benefiting you?

Falcon Identity Protection gives us real time visibility into identity based attack paths like lateral movement, credential misuse, and privilege escalation, which we couldn’t detect before with endpoint tools alone. By correlating identity and endpoint activity in one console, our team can trace an attack from initial access through identity compromise much faster, cutting investigation time significantly. This has reduced our exposure to identity based threats, which are now a leading cause of breaches in hybrid AD and Entra ID environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
