What do you like best about Facility Manager Professional™ (FM Pro)?

What do you dislike about Facility Manager Professional™ (FM Pro)?
It is a very robust platform, and I don't always have the time to learn about the entire platform. Mapping is very useful, FM Pro Staff are great at helping making changes to the maps, however, I would like to be able to perform this work but it is a timely process.
