"User-Friendly and Responsive, Perfect for Internal Reporting"

What do you like best about FaceUp?

I love having all my reports in one place with FaceUp's one-click reporting, making my work easier. I appreciate the basic but useful analytics data for reporting to management. Its simplicity stands out, especially since I'm not very tech-savvy or sometimes feel frustrated when I am pushed to work with new tools under pressure and on sensitive matters. That didn't happen with FaceUp - it's easy to implement and navigate, very intuitive. I also like their communication and continuous improvement of the tool based on customer feedback. I feel comfortable submitting feedback and know it will be addressed. They even offer webinars which help with education. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

I can think of a couple of features that would help step up my experience even more but are currently not in the product. I am looking forward to see how the product will further develop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

FaceUp consolidates my reports, making my work easier. I create useful analytics to share with upper management. I particularly appreciate its secure reporting feature, helping me comply with regulations and build trust, enhancing our data quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
