What do you like best about FaceUp?

I needed a tool we could roll out quickly after an incident showed we didn't have a proper reporting channel in place. The interface turned out to be intuitive and easy to navigate, so employees adopted it fast, and setup on our side was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We brought in FaceUp after an incident made clear we needed a secure and anonymous channel for employees to report concerns, rather than relying on informal conversations that were easy to miss or ignore. It's helped us address issues before they escalate and has given our compliance team a structured way to track and follow up on reports.
