What do you like best about Facebook Pages Manager?

Managing Multiple FB pages is now easier. I can easily switch from my own Facebook personal account to FB pages that I'm handling. I can easily see the notification, though I wasn't on the page. I can handle the chats and see the reports, and I do not overlook them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Pages Manager?

Use the Facebook Page in promoting the products or services you sell. It has the tools you need in Marketing, like posting the products, the business profile, and a way the customer can reach you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Facebook Pages Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

I got difficulty at the beginning when the Facebook Pages were updated. But then, I realized it is easier to handle multiple accounts in the latest update. I do not missed a notification especially chats and I can assist the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
