What do you like best about ezyCollect by Sidetrade?

EzyCollect is systematic and methodical, which works perfectly for us. It has allowed me to solely manage to debtors and keep them at a manageable percentage.

I like the ease of viewing debtors by high dollar value, as well as number of days outstanding, so you can target your calls and emails appropriately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezyCollect by Sidetrade?

Can't really think of anything. Other than the system being down or not synching, which is rare, and generally fixed pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ezyCollect by Sidetrade solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing multiple email reminders to go out to debtors on a daily basis, and allows me to view who the letters are going to so that I can manipulate the system as required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
