What do you like best about EzRecruit.ai?

I love that EzRecruit.ai follows the process every staffing firm uses without being overwhelmed by unnecessary features. It focuses on workflows typical of staffing firms. I'm particularly impressed with the scheduler feature, which isn't available in any other platform I've used. It simplifies scheduling interviews, allowing us to arrange candidate interviews in just minutes by sending thousands of WhatsApp messages with time slots. Once candidates accept, the details are seamlessly communicated to the client, which makes everything very simple. It's also great for rescheduling and viewing client feedback on candidates. This is a wow feature for me. Also, EzRecruit.ai's team was so helpful during setup, making data migration from my previous platform super easy. Their customer support is simply next level. What problems is EzRecruit.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use EzRecruit.ai to ease my recruitment process. It follows the workflow of staffing firms. 1. Features like scheduler that simplifies interview scheduling, making it quick and easy to coordinate with candidates and clients. 2. Even the ownership transfer feature helps me to transfer all the data to the new joiner if someone leaves. 3. RPO feature- helping me to have a view of my recruitment team on one dashboard saving a lot of time for my recruitment team,where they can collaborate with each other even sitting at client location or not but the work gets done without killing there working hours.
