What do you like best about EZO?

The user interface is very helpful and all features included act in a cyclical fashion. The individuals who support the system are very responsive and quick to turn around any issues encountered. The ai feature that exists for reports is highly useful to cut down time analyzing and looking at inventory reports. Even though they have not been utilized, it helps to have common integration options with systems that work in parallel with the rest of our systems. The performance of the system really shines when using the Locations Audit feature to account for all items efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO?

Some functions on EZO don't seem to be fully functioning. For example the custom substate function only really works on Assets but falls short on Asset Stock items. If set up for Asset Stock items, this interferes with the perceived availability of the item as well as counts per status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem EZO tackles is with organization and oversight of inventory. This is benefitting for me because it allows me to successfully lead deployment of items and keep track of it all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
